This adapter (DisplayPort Alt Mode) provides high throughput using the USB Type-C bus and can support Ultra HD monitors up to Full HD resolutions of WUXGA (1920 x 1200 @120Hz), WQXGA (2560 x 1600 RB @60Hz) VESA display format via VGA as well as 4K (4096 x 2160 @30Hz) via HDMI.
