Shipping & Returns

 

Return Policy

  • Before return any defective product, return authorization is required and you need to get a RMA (return material authorization) number.
  • To get an RMA number, fill out our RMA form and fax it to us. RMA form is downloadable from this page.
  • All motherboards returned go through our own testing. if no defect is found, we will ship back the same motherboard charging $10.00 for shipping and handling.
  • There is also $10.00 handling and shipping fee for NTF(no trouble found) product.
  • Please refer to our simple motherboard testing procedure before you file RMA request.
  • Any item returned must be sent back prepaid in the same condition as when they were shipped originally. (including all the cables/cd/manual)
  • Any return without RMA number will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
  • Customer is reponsible for sending defective product, which means he/she pays the shipping cost to us.
  • Aerocooler will only pay the freight back to sender via ups ground.
  • Rma numbers are valid for 10 days only. Download RMA number request form
 

General Term:
By ordering from aerocooler, all customers have read and agreed to our return policy. if any customer who doesn't accept our policy, we advise that he/she shouldn't make purchase from us.

Refund Policy:

  • All sales are final : no refund, defective exchange only Refund is allowed for a order refused upon delivery but there will be minimum of 15%of restocking fee
  • Refund amount is based on current price or orginal price, whichever is lower
  • Retail packaged product: opened by customer is not refundable.
  • Non-refundable items: barebones, cpus, rams, software, consumables and discontinued products
  • Shipping chargeis non-refundable.
  • Free shipping items : actual shipping charge, which was paid to the delivery carrier (ups or usps), will be deducted from the total purchase amount and remaing amount is subject to minimum of 15% restocking fee

       Privacy policy:

  • At aerocooler, we maintain strict privacy policy and value our customers' privacy. any information collected is used for billing and shipping purposes only. also this information may be used by our staff for contacting and notifying status of their orders. customers' information will not be sold or distriubted to outside third party. this includes even statistical data with no personal information. customer information is encrypted and sent to our secure ssl server.



    Credit card acceptance:

  • Billing address of credit card must match shipping address.
  • If you can not sign for package during daytime, please have it sent to your work address where a legal business entity exists.
  • If you are using someone else's credit card, please have him/her contact via telephone or have him/her sent fax message showing authrization of his/her credit card.

    PayPal acceptance:
  • If you are paying by paypal, you need to place order via online through our website.
  • After placing online order, send the payment to paypal@aerocooler.com
  • Write down the invoice number in the email subject field.
  • The total amount and name must match the ones in your invoice generated from our website.
  • Orders received today paying with paypal will be processed and sent next day because of daily batch processing for paypal.

    Check acceptance:
  • When paying by check, order must be completed via online through our web site.
  • After placing online order, please mail in your personal/company check so that we can send your order.
  • We do not accept check over COD
  • After check clearance (usually takes 5~7 days after the check has been deposited), your order will be sent.


    Backorder :

  • Any unavailable item(s) will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped. your product(s) will be promptly shipped as soon as the product arrives. no additional shipping fees will be charged.you will be charged for the entire order, so that aerocooler can reserve the product for you. if this is not acceptable, you can cancel the order.

    Warranty:
  • Warranty will be voided if there is physical damage caused by user (burnt cpu is considered physical damage).
  • All items are covered by respective manufacturers.
  • We exchange defective item with the same model of the same brand only.
  • We do not perform cross shipping services.
  • DOA exchange period is within 30 days from date of invoice. after that period, you can contact the manufacturers for warranty.
  • Intel retail boxed cpu exchanges are handled by intel directly. customers are required to call intel directly. (916-377-7000)
  • AMD retail boxed cpu exchanges are handled by amd directly. customers are required to call amd directly. (408-749-3060)
  • Exchange turnaround period is totally depend on manufacturers because it is the manufacturer who is ultimately responsible for defective products. please remember that we are a distributor not a manufacturer.
  • All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 2 days after receipt of shipment. our liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the materials or its replacement.

    Shipping policy:
  • Only items advertised as free shipping are free shipping. Please do not ask for free shipping for non free shipping item(s).
  • Unless stated otherwise, shipping price advertised is based on single item single piece.
  • Handling fee is included in shipping charge. there is no extra handling fee
  • Upon receipt of order, we ship orders within 2 business days excluding weekends and holidays depending on product availability or billing informantion verification. In other words, orders can be shipped the same day, next day or 2 days later. But we do our best to send as early as possible upon receipt of online order. If you don't hear from us within 2 business days after placing order, please contact us via email.
  • When paying by credit card, shipping and billing addresses must be the same.
  • To receive at other address than billing, the shipping address must be either legal business address of customer's employment or secondary address on customer's credit card.
  • For accurate delivery of order, we may send shipment requiring signature upon delivery.
  • If no one can sign for your package at primary billing address, please use your work address. (business name is required)
  • For shipping to ak, hi, pr, or guam, usps priority mail will be used with shipping rate equivalent of ups 2nd day shipping rate or actual shipping rate whichever is greater.
